Abuja High Court sitting at Maitama, Abuja on Wednesday has granted Godwin Emefiele, former CBN governor, bail.
The Economic Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) brought former CBN governor Godwin Emefiele before the court on Wednesday.
In a decision made just now, Justice Olukayode Adeniyi granted Emefiele bail. He was then given over to his attorneys, who will present him in court on November 15 to face another judge of the FCT’s High Court on an arraignment stemming from an earlier charge brought by the EFCC against him and another individual.
