Alex Pereira will defend his UFC middleweight title against long-term rival Israel Adesanya at UFC 287 tonight.

A victory for Pereira, meantime, will mark the culmination of his phenomenal climb in the UFC and consolidate his position in the division; but, if he is able to defeat Adesanya once more, he may decide to move up in weight.
